EACH SPECIMEN GIVES SCIENTISTS, STUDENTS, ARTISTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC A WAY TO IDENTIFY AND UNDERSTAND IMPORTANT DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SPECIES AND POPULATIONS, ESPECIALLY WHERE THEY OCCUR AND HOW THEY LIVE.
